1. Your bike must be dropped off no later then the designated dates or available for us to pick up if you have chosen to pay for the optional delivery service. 2. Panniers and top box must be removed unless they are the unremovable kind such as on a Honda Goldwing for example. If your motorcycle is longer than the specified overall maximum length of 2340mm or the panniers or top box are unable to be removed it will attract the next highest price. It will be loaded into the container length ways which will take up extra space. 3. Apart from your motorcycle, 2 sets boots, gloves, jackets, trousers and 2 helmets are permitted in the container. 4. Payment to be made in full 28 days prior to shipping to New Zealand. 5. Petrol tanks to be near empty, batteries disconnected and both terminals taped. 6. Marine Insurance will be covered by New Zealand Motorcycle Adventures insurance policy for the length of the voyage on the vessel and then the return voyage back to the UK. 7. You must take out Health and Travel Insurance. 8. Your bike must be thoroughly cleaned prior to leaving for New Zealand and then again prior to leaving for the trip back to the UK. 9. If your bike does not pass MPI inspections in New Zealand, then you will be liable for fumigation costs. 10. If your bike does not pass the New Zealand Warrant of Fitness, then you will be liable for costs to get your bike up to New Zealand road worthy standards. 11. Any storage charges in New Zealand will be paid in full prior to your bike leaving NZ. 12.Please note if there are not enough motorcycles to fill the last container for the Auckland shipment, then the remaining motorcycles will be shipped to Christchurch. The same goes for if there are not enough motorcycles to fill the last container for the Christchurch shipment, then the remaining motorcycles will be shipped to Auckland.
